  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design process. This deposit will be applied to your final purchase.
  • Timeline: Custom pieces typically take 4-6 weeks from design approval to completion. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
  • Revisions: We include up to two rounds of revisions to ensure your design is perfect. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
  • Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, all custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
